F1 | Colombia wants to host a GP

Colombia is ready to host a Formula 1 GP. In this regard, as reported by the newspaper El Tiempo, president Ivan Duque Marquez agrees with the proposal of the mayor of Barranquilla, Jaime Pumarejo, to aim for a possible player who could join part of the Circus world championship calendar. At the moment, however, the project is still in its embryonic stages. In fact, we would like to create a semi-city route near the sea.

"As a team, we are capable of making dreams come true – declared Duque Marquez – Pumarejo says there is an option to present a project that allows us to have a circuit. The possibility is still far from materializing, but the mayor has already told me that he has spoken with the organizers of Formula 1 and he has our full support".
