F1 | Horner is annoyed with Wolff: "You think about his team rather than Verstappen"

Disagreements continue between Toto wolff e Christian Horner. After what happened to the team principal of Red Bull on the case within the Austrian company and which saw him directly involved, the boss of Mercedes he went down hard with his words and opinions on the matter. Let's say that the two cannot see each other, just to put it on a simple track, and the Austrian himself tried to take advantage of the situation that affected his colleague to try to stir up the Verstappen situation, who was linked to the Brackley team (and not only) at the beginning of the season, when the riots in Red Bull were commonplace and above all public.

The situation has cooled down, at least apparently, also because Mercedes is anything but competitive, and Max continues to win with the Austrian team undaunted, probably receiving guarantees on some essential elements, see Helmut Mark. Christian Horner, annoyed, commented thus, throwing a real lash at his colleague.

“I don't think Toto's problems at the moment are the riders – Horner told Sky UK. I think he has other things to focus on before thinking about drivers not available on the market. I don't know how many times Max has to repeat it, he has already reiterated it: why would he ever leave Red Bull? Mercedes is currently the third team with that power unit, it is behind its customers. So I think Toto's time would be better spent focusing on his team and not the driver market. I can assure you that there is not the slightest doubt about where Max Verstappen will be next year."
