F1 | Hockenheim off the 2020 calendar, Teske: “We can't risk it”

Due to the lack of audience and the economic situation of the facility, the organizers chose to interrupt negotiations with Liberty Medium, giving up a possible slot to be placed at the end of the season.

“We have tried to find a solution in recent weeks, but unfortunately we have not found a consensus with all the parties involved,” he said Jorn teske. “We couldn't afford to have an overload of expenses, especially after those faced over the last few seasons.
