The Englishman is second in the world championship -9 points behind Vettel
The four-time world champion declared that it will not be easy to replicate last year's feat, since there is strong competition with Ferrari e Red Bull.
This year, already from Melbourne, the Silver Arrows seemed to be the favourites, after having shown a clearly superior pace to their opponents during the pre-season. However, the results speak for themselves: out of three races played, two were won by Sebastian Vettel and the third from Daniel Ricciardo. Currently, Lewis Hamilton he is second in the world rankings, 9 points behind the German.
“Who knows what the season may have in store for us -the Englishman commented to Autosport- If this continues, it will be quite difficult for us to win. However, if the opportunity presents itself, and we finish on top, it will mean that the season will be closer than ever.".
