I was more on Lewis' side to be honest, but I thought it would be right to have them end up in battle together. However, it is wrong to say that the world championship was decided on the last lap: there were 22 races, and over the course of the season Max got a puncture in Baku, Bottas crashed into him in Hungary, then he crashed out at Silverstone after a contact with Hamilton, so I think Max lost points through no fault of his own, and he deserved to win. In Abu Dhabi Lewis dominated, but was unlucky. As a fan I loved that ride, it was super exciting to watch.”
