F1 | Grosjean: “I'm frustrated with how qualifying went”
"We had Q3 in our hands, I felt really good in the car"
di Fabiola Granier13 July 2019
Haas team drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen qualified 14th and 16th at Silverstone.
The Frenchman commented on his performance as follows: “I'm frustrated with how qualifying went. We had Q3 in our hands, I felt really good in the car. In Q2 there was something wrong with both sets of tyres. The first lap I was 1,2 seconds off my best time, there was literally no comparison. So, what happened? I do not know. I simply couldn't repeat the pace of Q1. Hopefully we'll find out, as we had Q3 on hand. There's a lot of potential though."
