After the last test session with heavy rain limiting the work on the track, the clouds gave way to a pale sun for qualifying, at the end of which Scuderia Ferrari achieved the third and sixth time respectively with Sebastian Vettel (1 '30''400) and Kimi Raikkonen (1'31''057).
The session was interrupted by a red flag the last 7 minutes before the end, due to the accident involving Romain Grosjean. Scuderia Ferrari followed the same program for both drivers in terms of tyres, using purple Ultrasoft compounds throughout the session. Tomorrow's race will start at 16pm.
