Istanbul Park will host the 14th round of this 2020 Formula 1 World Championship
The International Federation has made official the points where it will be possible to exploit the DRS system in the Turkish Grand Prix, the 14th round of the 2020 Formula 1 World Championship.
The device can be used in two points of the track: the areas will be positioned in the main straight of the track located in the Asian area of Turkey and in the stretch leading from turns 11 to 12.
The FIA has also decided to activate two detection cells which will be positioned before 9 and 14. We remind you that in free practice the areas of use will be the same as those in the race, obviously without the rule of one second of separation from the car in front. The same goes for qualifications.
