F1| GP Shanghai, Ferrari ready to repeat itself

After the success in the opening race of the 2017 world championship with the victory of Sebastian Vettel, the stable of Maranello wants to repeat itself also in China.

Exactly thirteen years have passed since the victory of Rubens Barrichello in the first edition of the Shanghai Grand Prix. They completed the podium Jenson Button e Kimi Raikkonen, while the fastest lap was recorded by Michael Schumacher.

China is one of the most complicated circuits on the calendar, starting with the uncertainty of the weather: in fact, a few drops of rain cannot be ruled out for the weekend.
Il Shanghai International Circuit it has a 1170 meter long straight, quite demanding for the tires which can cool down and suffer deterioration.

To overcome probable graining problems, Pirelli has opted for various compounds: Medium, Soft and Supersoft, as well as a special one for wet conditions.

After Sunday's race, the drivers will have a few days to relax, as on April 16th there will be the grand prix on the spectacular circuit of Bahrain.
