F1 | Japanese GP, Leclerc furious on the radio: "Magnussen is and will always remain a fool"

The collision between did not go unnoticed Charles Leclerc e Kevin Magnussen in the opening stages of the Japanese Grand Prix. The contact between the two occurred on the main straight: the Haas driver suddenly moved first to the left and then to the right, catching the Monegasque by surprise, who was unable to avoid the collision. Leclerc, via radio, did not mince words to define his colleague: "Magnussen is and will always remain a fool" - his comment via radio. The Dane was not sanctioned by the stewards.

Post-match, Leclerc highlighted the similarities between Magnussen's maneuver and that of Max Verstappen su Kimi Raikkonen in the 2016 Belgian Grand Prix: “For me, it was a similar situation to that of Kimi and Max in Spa” – explained the future Ferrari driver. “In that case Max moved at the last minute and everyone agreed that it was dangerous to do so and that it would no longer be allowed. But strangely this maneuver was accepted today (yesterday, ed.), so I will have to get an answer on the matter (from the stewards, ed.) to understand what I can do in the car.".
