Third time for Verstappen ahead of Leclerc

F1 | Sakhir GP: Bottas on pole, Russell second

Valtteri Bottas took pole position for the Sakhir Grand Prix. The Mercedes driver set the best time in 0:53.377, just 26 thousandths ahead of George Russell (career front row).

Third position for Max Verstappen's Red Bull ahead of a very good Charles Leclerc who placed his Ferrari on the second row.

Fifth time for Sergio Perez's Racing Point ahead of Daniil Kvyat's AlphaTauri.

Daniel Ricciardo's Renault was seventh, ahead of the McLaren of Carlos Sainz and Pierre Gasly.

Closing the Top 10 of the times is Lance Stroll; only thirteenth Sebastian Vettel.
