Max Verstappen was the fastest at the end of the first day of free practice for the Mexico City Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver recorded his best time of 1:17.301, ahead of the Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton.
Fourth time for Sergio Perez's other Red Bull, ahead of Carlos Sainz's Ferrari and Pierre Gasly's AlphaTauri.
Seventh was Charles Leclerc on Ferrari, followed by the other AlphaTauri of Yuki Tsunoda.
Closing out the Top 10 of the times, we find Sebastian Vettel's Aston Martin and Fernando Alonso's Alpine.
