F1 | Belgian GP: pole for Verstappen but Russell super!

Excited qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix. Difficult track conditions due to the incessant rain, a red flag displayed after Lando Norris's bad accident (he will have to undergo tests for a pain in his elbow, ed.) and in the end it was Max Verstappen who took pole position.

The Red Bull driver recorded the best time in 1:59.765, beating the Williams of a very good George Russell right at the end of the session. The English driver preceded Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes.

Fourth time for Daniel Ricciardo's McLaren followed by Sebastian Vettel's Aston Martin and Pierre Gasly's AlphaTauri.

Seventh position for the other Red Bull of Sergio Perez ahead of the other Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas (who will start 5 positions back tomorrow due to the accident in Hungary, ed.).

The Alpine of Esteban Ocon and Lando Norris closes the Top 10 of the times.

Ferrari excluded from Q3: Charles Leclerc will start eleventh, Carlos Sainz thirteenth.
