F1, Force India VJM09: the new single-seater presented before testing
The new single-seater from the Indian team has been revealed
As per tradition, this morning, inside the pit lane of the Barcelona track, Force India revealed to the press the layout of the new VJM09, the new Indian single-seater with which Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg will try to replicate the excellent performances of the past season. The Indian team has chosen a very "cautious" approach to the design of the new single-seater, developing the excellent basis of the previous VJM08. Confirmed are the "nostrils" in the front area, an innovative solution presented during the tests in Austria last season, and the black/silver livery already used in the VJM09.
The single-seater will be taken to the track for the first time by Alfonso Celis. The owners will only begin work on the new single-seater tomorrow.
