F1 | FIA, Bonciani confirms: "We have set ourselves a maximum limit of forty-five minutes"

Another forty-five minutes of waiting before making a final decision on qualifying for the Italian GP.

Matteo Bonciani, FIA communications manager, explained that the Race Direction is carefully evaluating the conditions of the Brianza track, postponing the green flag after Romain Grosjean's bad accident on the main straight. According to Bonciani, before moving qualifying to tomorrow morning they will wait another hour with the hope that the weather conditions will improve.

Here are Bonciani's words: “We are giving ourselves an upper limit to decide what to do. We will evaluate what to do and if the conditions continue to remain like this we will proceed to qualifying only tomorrow morning. We have another 45/50 minutes of waiting that we will exploit. We don't want to make hasty decisions."
