This weekend Formula One returns to the track for the Canadian Grand Prix, the seventh round of the 2019 Formula One World Championship, which will take place on the Montreal track dedicated to the memory of Gilles Villeneuve.

Sebastian Vettel, commenting on the Canadian appointment, declared: “Canada is a race that we drivers can't wait to compete in. We run on an island in Montreal (Notre Dame, ed.), a fantastic place full of fans who ensure a unique atmosphere. Usually, the track is very slippery and requires some rubber to provide us with an acceptable level of grip".

He then added: "The track is also known to be stop and go with long straights and heavy braking points, divided by some slow corners and some chicanes where you need to use the curbs a lot. The key to the turn is represented by the final part".

Last year Vettel won the Canadian GP: “I started from pole and won the race, 40 years after Gilles Villeneuve's victory. I will do my best to get a good result".
