F1 | Ferrari, Vettel: “So far we have encountered difficulties working with the single-seater”

The first three races of the season showed a fluctuating Ferrari, which in Melbourne and Shanghai never managed to worry Mercedes while in Sakhir it had to deal with the reliability that cost Charles Leclerc the first victory of his career.

From Baku, home of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, where the Circus will race the fourth race of 2019 on Sunday, Sebastian Vettel analyzed the performance of the SF90: “At the moment we found it difficult to work with the single-seater. It's a combination of things. For example, the tire study seems more complex than last year's, but clearly all the teams are trying to understand the windows for the correct use of the various compounds".

On the Azerbaijani event, where the Red Team brought various updates, the German declared: “It doesn't necessarily have to be the turning point of the year. It's different from other circuits, but when the car improves you notice it on other tracks too. And this is what we believe in. We have opted for some improvements because we believe they can help us improve".
