F1 | Ferrari, Raikkonen: “I don't think I could have avoided the accident”

Involved at the start by the accident with teammate Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen's Red Bull, Kimi Raikkonen's Singapore Grand Prix also lasted only a few metres.

Commenting on the outcome of his very short race in Marina Bay, the Finn said: “At the start I got off to a good start, but then I got hit; and that's where my race ended. I don't think I could have done anything else to avoid it, other than starting badly and not being there... It's a real shame, one of those situations you pay dearly for. Whatever the cause or problem of all this, the result does not change, unfortunately. We will face the next races ready to fight and do our best".
