F1 | Ferrari, Leclerc: “Surprised by the gap with the cars in front”

Also for Charles Leclerc the qualifications of the Styrian Grand Prix are to be forgotten. The Monegasque of Ferrari he placed eleventh, therefore out of Q3 and just behind Vettel, but he will start fourteenth due to the penalty imposed on him by the stewards for having created an impediment against Kvyat during Q2. In terms of balance the car is pleasant to drive in the dry and even in the wet. It's true, we have some problems here and there that we need to resolve and I need to improve my riding in these conditions. Unfortunately, heavy rain started to fall when we put on the second set of wet tires in Q2, and we weren't able to improve, which is a shame. Since yesterday I opted for a more aggressive set-up configuration, even though I knew that it could make the situation more unpredictable in the rain. Let's say that today we paid the price, but I'm sure I made the right choice for tomorrow and I think we will benefit from it."
