F1 | Ferrari will confirm matte paint on the 2020 car

Despite the fans' skepticism expressed several times during the last season, Ferrari will confirm the matte red color on the car that will take to the track starting from the pre-season sessions to be held in Barcelona.

According to what was declared by the Team Principal, Mattia Binotto, the intention of the Rossa is to continue on the path traced last winter, launching a more useful color in terms of weight (the matt paint allows the engineers to gain a few grams compared to the classic one lucid.ed.).

A choice of continuity, shared by all the technical staff, which in fact will not lead to any change of livery in 2020. Ferrari, we remember, will present the new single-seater slightly in advance of its competitors, given that the new car will be unveiled in Maranello Vettel and Leclerc's 'lady' as early as February 11th, a full eight days before the winter tests.
