Power unit change for Charles Leclerc at the end of the qualifying session valid for the Sprint Qualifying of the next Italian Grand Prix, 14th round of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. Due to the problems encountered by the technicians during yesterday afternoon's sessions, the Red team's technicians have chosen to reassemble unit 1 for the remainder of the weekend in Brianza, effectively removing power unit 3 mounted at Spa-Francorchamps.
The Scuderia's objective is in fact to further study the latter in order to be able to reuse it in two weeks in Sochi, theater of the next Russian GP (the spec 2 of the power train will only arrive in Turkey). Appointment at 12.00 on Sky Sport F1 HD for the live broadcast of FP2 from the "Temple of Speed".
