F1 | Ferrari, Binotto: “Our drivers can do well in Monte Carlo”

Once the Montmelò event has been shelved, where the SF90 showed evident technical difficulties in the last sector on the Catalan track, Ferrari is called to reverse course in Monte Carlo where the Circus returns to the track this weekend for the Monaco Grand Prix.

Despite the tortuous track of the Principality it does not seem (at least on paper) to be able to favor the Red, the Maranello team principal Mattia binotto instead he believes that Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc (home idol) can achieve a good result.

"I think Monaco is quite a different circuit to Barcelona in the way you set up the car and the mechanical aspects you can work on – underlined Binotto -. The tire compounds will then be different compared to Spain. There is no doubt that downforce is as useful in Monaco as it is in Barcelona, but I think our drivers can do well in Monte Carlo".
