F1 | Two DRS zones for the next Canadian Grand Prix

The International Federation has made official the points where it will be possible to exploit the DRS system in the Canadian Grand Prix, the seventh round of the 2017 Formula One World Championship.

The device can be used in two very specific points of the track and the zones will be positioned in the main straight of the track named after Gilles Villeneuve and in the straight line leading from turn 13 to turn 14. The FIA has also decided to activate a single detection cell which will be positioned before turn 13.

We remind you that in the free practices on Friday, the areas of use will be the same as those in the race, obviously without the rule of one second of separation from the car in front. The same goes for qualifications.
