Through the columns of the official Formula 1 website, Chase carey said the entrance to Imola, Portimao and Nurburgring within the 2020 calendar, underlining how these three events will complete a European calendar that has never been so rich and full of historic circuits.
“We are pleased to continue our plans for the 2020 Formula 1 season and in this sense we can formalize the entries of Imola, Portimao and Nurburgring within the calendar”, Carey said. “We are pleased to be able to report this news. I want to thank the promoters, the teams and the FIA for their full support. The common goal is to give fans exciting races in an unprecedented historical period."
