The new team ready to appear in Formula One from 2021, the year in which the new regulations will come into force, could be Spanish.

The project features Salvatore Gandolfo and Adrián Campos (founder of HRT, in Formula One from 2010 to 2012. ed.), managers of Campos Racing, who would have the support of the Spanish Federation and the Monaco Increase Management (MIM) group.

The team's headquarters should be in Alzira, where Campos Racing, currently involved in the F2 and F3 championships, is based.

Gandolfo and Campos have already hired Peter McCool (former designer of Super Aguri and technical director of Amlin Aguri in Formula E, ed.) as technical director, while as regards the aerodynamics sector the choice fell on Ben Wood who in In the past he worked for Mercedes and Prost Grand Prix.

In recent months there have been various meetings with the top management of the Circus. The first occurred in Barcelona, ​​during the Spanish GP, with Chase Carey and the subsequent ones in London with Ross Brawn.

The line-up of this new team could be formed by Pascal Wehrlein and Alex Palou, both managed by the MIM group. The power unit supplier remains to be understood, with Campos having already started discussions with Renault and Honda.
