F1 | Bratches pushes Zandvoort to close the deal with Liberty: “We have deadlines”

Present in Sakhir for the second round of this 2019 world championship, Sean Bratches commented on the rumors that have circulated in recent days relating to the organization of the Dutch Grand Prix, underlining how discussions are still ongoing with the managers of the Zandvoort facility.

The track, we remember, is strongly interested in the slot available for the 2020 calendar, but at the same time is experiencing strong difficulties from an economic point of view, an aspect that would be significantly slowing down the closing of the agreement with Liberty Media.

The Manager, precisely in this sense, invited the Autodrome to quickly resolve these problems, given that other locations are interesting in becoming part of Formula 1.

“We are trying to close a deal, but I hear there is still a lot to do”, Bratches said.

On the deadline set for March 31st he added: “We are putting together the calendar for next year and the deadline is justified by the fact that the requests are much higher than the number of places available. We have to make choices."
