F1 | Binotto replies to Wolff: “Some people like to talk about our situation, but I have nothing to tell them”

Mattia Binotto's response to Toto Wolff didn't take long to arrive. In recent days, in fact, the Mercedes team principal had pointed the finger at the current technical/sporting situation in force at Ferrari, underlining the critical issues and above all stating that he is close to the Ferrari fans and all those who work in Maranello.

For his part, Binotto declared, interviewed by the Italian channel Sky Sport F1, that he knows very well the situation the Cavallino is in, having been an integral part of it for a quarter of a century now.

"I know there are people in other teams who like to talk about our situation and our fans. There's nothing I want to answer – said Binotto. I know what is happening to our fans, being a fan myself. I have been working in this factory for 25 years. We know our priorities and we know that there are no secrets in Formula 1. You just have to develop as quickly as possible and try to set the right priorities".
