F1 | Aston Martin, Vettel at the last GP of his career: “I want to say goodbye in style”

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the twenty-second and final round of the 2022 Formula 1 World Championship, will mark the end of Sebastian Vettel's career.

In fact, in the splendid night scenery of Abu Dhabi, the German will contest his last GP in the Circus on the very track where in 2010 he obtained the first of his four world titles.

Abu Dhabi will therefore not be a weekend like many others for Seb, eager to conclude his professional life in the top class in the best possible way.

"Obviously this will be a very emotional weekend as my career comes to an end Vettel said. I'm sure this race will bring back many happy memories from the last 15 years and I want to enjoy my last race with the team and everyone I've met during my time in the sport. It's been a fantastic two years with Aston Martin, with lots of fun moments and some great memories. I want to say goodbye on a high note, we will fight and get a great result on the circuit where I got my first world title twelve years ago".
