F1 | Aston Martin, Stroll immediately hit the wall in qualifying: "It's my fault"

Stroll's qualification in Baku lasted a handful of seconds. The Aston Martin Canadian crashed into Turn 15 at the start of his first attempt, destroying the front right and thus ending his session. Tomorrow he will start from the last row, alongside Giovinazzi, who also hit the wall in the same spot a few minutes later. There is therefore little to comment on for the former Williams driver, who can do nothing but admit the mistake and roll up his sleeves for tomorrow's race.

“It was my mistake, I apologized to the team – Stroll admitted. Turn 15 is challenging, we saw it all weekend. You brake with the right tire despite being on the left, so it's very easy to block the front. With the wind coming from behind, you can be caught by surprise: I went in too quickly and hit the wall. I'm mad at myself, but the goal is to recover. In Baku you can overtake, so we will try to move up as much as possible in the race."
