F1 | Aston Martin, Sebastian Vettel fined for riding a scooter

Sebastian Vettel finally returns to the Paddock after contracting covid-19, which forced him away from racing for the first two rounds of the season. The German, however, seems not to have made peace with luck: after eighteen laps, in fact, the four-time world champion was forced to stop and get off his AMR22 due to a problem with the Power Unit. The replacement of the same did not allow Sebastian to return to the track in the afternoon, therefore losing precious kilometers to test the new circuit and rediscover the feeling with the car. Vettel, however, always finds a way to make himself the protagonist, once again arousing the fury of the race direction: during the recovery of his car the German, eager to return to the pits quickly, "stole" a scooter from one of the marshals, going around the track on the two-wheeled vehicle, causing hilarity on the web. Five thousand euro fine for him, who earns the affection of the fans and countless memes on social media.

"It's a shame that I had to finish FP1 earlier than expected and then not even be able to take part in the second free practice session: today would have been an important day for me to regain confidence with the car and learn the new track. – Sebastian clarified – the positive thing is that I managed to adapt quickly and that the car had a good balance. It's still a shame, I would have liked to do more laps, but there was a problem with the Power Unit and now we have to replace it. The car will be ready tomorrow and we will continue to work and make progress".
