F1 | Aston Martin, Alonso: “I'm not thinking about victory but we can take advantage of other people's problems”

Again Fernando Alonso he was one of the absolute protagonists of this very first part of the championship. “All in all we must be very happy to start tomorrow from the front row – Alonso said. It's a very different circuit to Bahrain, and seeing us fighting again in Q3 is a positive sign. The track evolved during the session, but perhaps not as much as we expected, especially from Q2 to Q3. Our strength here is on long runs, so hopefully we can optimize that as much as possible in the race. Several teams are very close to each other, so tomorrow will certainly be an interesting battle, but with both cars starting in the top five positions, our main aim is to come out of this race with as many points as possible. I don't think about winning, but it's clear that reliability can stop you at any moment."
