F1 | Imola, free practice analysis: Ferrari is really there, also good on race pace

"It was a good Friday, we completed our work program without any problems – said Fernando at the end of the day – apart from the red flag and the other incidents that stopped the two sessions, I'd say I'm happy with the new components we tested, there was an improvement in performance. We'll see where we really are only tomorrow, let's hope to improve further. As we suspected, it will be a really close battle and qualifying promises to be interesting. It's great to be able to drive here in Imola again and test the cars with so much grip".
