Kimi Raikkonen closed his new adventure with Alfa Romeo Racing in eighth position. The Finnish driver managed to score important points for the team despite some small hiccups during the Grand Prix. Kimi is still satisfied with his performance, knowing he can achieve an even better result.
“I am convinced that we could have done more this weekend – admits Kimi. Unfortunately I didn't get a good start, causing the rear tires to spin and losing a position, but I managed to recover it almost immediately. Maybe we had a problem with the brakes, having got a visor that overheated them and that's why we stopped early. The car was very fast, but overtaking here is complicated: it's easy to get close, but overtaking is another thing. We expected more, but I'm happy overall, we'll try to improve for the next Grand Prix."
