F1 | Alfa Romeo, Raikkonen: "Not much to say, fortunately we underwent the tests"

Very complicated race for Alfa Romeo and Kimi Raikkonen. The Finnish world champion went wide in turn 4 on the first lap and after which he was unable to complete the comeback, arriving only fourteenth under the checkered flag. This result and that of Giovinazzi demonstrate how the Italian/Swiss team has a lot to work on to try to get back into the points zone after the first four positive races.

“What is there to say? Luckily we have two days of testing – Raikkonen said. We need them and we hope to be able to understand what our problems are. Overall it wasn't an easy weekend for us but at the end of the race we had the same speed as the guys in front of us. My first lap certainly didn't help, but after the start I desperately tried to gain some positions, but sliding on the asphalt I went wide. It was disappointing, but as I said, the tests can help us change things."
