F1 | Alfa Romeo Racing, Giovinazzi: “It was a difficult weekend”

For Antonio Giovinazzi nothing seems to be going well in this first phase of the season. The driver from Martina Franca, after the problems in Bahrain, had technical problems on both Friday and Saturday and started from the back of the grid. He tried to make a comeback with a different strategy, but without going beyond fifteenth position.

“It was a difficult weekend – Giovinazzi admitted. We started the race from the back of the grid and opted for a different strategy, trying to gain positions. In the end it didn't work out as well as we expected, so I want to forget everything and think about Baku. I have good memories there and it will be fun to race there again, let's see what we can achieve."
