F1 | Alfa Romeo, Giovinazzi in the last row ahead of Raikkonen: "I hope for the race pace"

A day to forget also for Antonio Giovinazzi, who like Kimi Raikkonen will have to start from the back row in the Hungarian Grand Prix. Alfa Romeo Racing is disastrous on the track, and is currently the worst car in the Circus in pure performance on the flying lap. Something that was unthinkable until a few months ago, but now it will be really complicated to even think about winning a point on a track where overtaking is really difficult.

“It was a very difficult day, with a disappointing result – Giovinazzi said. We have a lot of work to do to save this weekend, but we'll have to see how tomorrow's race goes. The weather conditions are still uncertain, but in any case we need to understand what happened today. Starting so far back is not ideal, especially on a track where overtaking is not easy. We hope to have a better pace in the race, as well as in Austria."
