Eddie Jordan: "A sabbatical for Ralf is not a good idea"

Eddie Jordan, the former owner of the Silverstone team currently Force India, made it known through the columns he edits for the magazine F1 Racing that Ralf Schumacher is making a mistake in taking a year away from the tracks, a decision that seems to be the most likely one at the moment: "I'm not sure it will work; there are too many young people entering Formula 1 and the doors for him could never to open up again. Ralf performed well when he was with me at Jordan and also at Williams, but perhaps Toyota paid him too much, while at the same time giving him a lackluster car, which perhaps drained his motivation."
