Two new teams have applied to enter the 2010 F1 World Championship

After today's opening of the one-week window for submitting registrations for next year's World Cup, it emerged that at least two teams have already sent the necessary documents to the Federation. According to the New York Times, partners Peter Windsor and Ken Anderson confirmed that they had submitted their request, accepting the budget cap, under the name Team USF1.
The other team that would have submitted the documentation is Campos Racing, a Spanish F3 team managed by former Minardi driver Adrian Campos. It was previously believed that new entry “Campos” would be his former GP2 team, now known as Barwa Addax, but in a statement released on Thursday the team said it is “not involved in any such project.”
