He will take to the track in Monza a novelty. During free practice 1 on Friday, Force India will test the asphalt at Daniel Juncadella, third driver of the Indian team. For the 23-year-old it will be the second time overall in the season, after the experience at Silverstone, during free practice 1 of the British GP. Confirmation arrived rigorously via Twitter, directly from the team, without however indicating who, between Perez and Hulkenberg, the Spaniard will take to the track instead.

Juncadella, 1991 class, is the nephew of former Formula 1 driver Luis Pérez-Sala. The 23-year-old achieved a career title in the Formula 3 Euro Series in 2012 and, in the same year, victories in the Zandvoort Masters. 2014 represents his second season in the Dtm championship with Mercedes.
