Caterham, Stevens: “Happy despite the problem in the morning”
The Englishman had to give up almost all of FP1
Despite all the difficulties of the case resulting from a forced stop of two races and a technical group reduced to the bare bones on Friday at Yas Marina Caterham it wasn't that far from the previous ones.
“It was fantastic to be able to get back in the car so I thank all the fans who made it possible,” he said Kamui Kobayashi, 18th – I had no problems and managed to complete a good number of laps, which was useful for qualifying and race preparation. We still have to review the set-up but overall I'm also happy with the great work of the team."
“I had been waiting for my F1 debut for a long time, but unfortunately due to a breakdown in the morning I had to settle for just one lap – he declared Will Stevens, 20th and 19th – Luckily in the afternoon everything went well and I gradually felt more at ease. So far I'm satisfied."
