Caterham, Lotterer: “Positive first day”
Despite the technical problems, the two pilots said they were satisfied

Shuffled couple, equal positions for the Caterham which suffered in terms of reliability on both single-seaters on Friday in Spa.
“The morning session was positive – commented by Andre Lotterer, 21st and 20th – I got used to it quickly, so considering it was the first time with these cars nothing to report. In FP2, however, a technical problem slowed me down but I was still able to work on the options. I also did some long runs and the feeling gradually grew."
“It wasn't the best of starts given the problems with the brakes and other technical failures – he confided Marcus Ericsson, 22nd and 19th - However, I was able to complete a good number of laps and in the afternoon everything was resolved and progress was made."
