Intercepted by the Financial Times yesterday, Chase Carey confirmed the negotiations between Liberty Media and Amazon for the streaming of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, effectively revealing a "huge" project that could reserve some big surprises for that which concerns the future of the category.
“We are in a very active phase of the negotiation,” Chase Carey said. “We have had substantial discussions not only with Amazon, but also with other global digital platforms. They are an incredibly important potential partner and a potential partnership would give us the opportunity to expand and grow our business."
