Bruno Senna is not sure if he will have a seat in F1 in 2011

With less than 90 days until the start of the 2011 F1 season, Bruno Senna has said he does not know whether he will be on the grid for the inaugural race in Bahrain. The grandson of the great Ayrton Senna had a difficult season with the Spanish team HRT, which was not very competitive in his debut season.

There were rumors that Senna had a chance to move to Team Lotus, but Globo Esporte reported that the 27-year-old "came close to signing the contract, but then nothing came of it".

He was asked in Sao Paulo on Monday about his plans for 2011. He replied: “There is nothing definite. I'm still negotiating but it's not easy to find a free seat. To the next question “Which teams are you in negotiations with?” he stated “With those who have available places”.

HRT, Renault, Virgin and Force India have not yet officially confirmed the drivers for next season.
Of 2010, Senna said that HRT was not the ideal team to showcase his talent: "The season was difficult, and I wasn't able to show what I can do."
