Brawn GP: Button and Barrichello conquer the front row at the Australian Grand Prix

"Putting the car on pole in our debut race is a fantastic achievement and I have to thank Ross, Nick and everyone at the factory. The last four months have been very difficult for the team and going from a bad situation to a pole in the first race of the season is simply incredible. Tomorrow is, obviously, the most important day of the weekend and there is a lot of work to do to go home with a positive result. It's really nice to enjoy this moment."

"It was a great day and I want to congratulate the team for their outstanding work. I was hoping to take pole, but in Q3 I had a bit of understeer. However, the front row with both cars is a real tribute to the team who gave us a great opportunity for tomorrow's race. We have a good car and I'm really happy to be competitive again in the race."

"Today was a good day for the team, both for having conquered the entire front row and for the agreement with Virgin. The track conditions were favorable and the tires worked well.
