For Schumacher the Brazilian GP was certainly not boring, relegated to the back of the group after a puncture at the start of the race, he gave everything he had to recover and end his fantastic adventure in F1 in the best possible way, leaving Mercedes and great friend Ross Brawn.
“Michael demonstrated his great talent by making excellent overtaking, choosing the tires well and managing to keep the car on the track in order to give us the last points” – stated the English team principal – “It was a nice way to end the season with us and his career. In terms of results his second life in the Circus was nothing special, but for all of us it was an honor and a privilege to work with him. We will miss him."
