Allianz sponsor of the Formula 1 Safety Car

The logos of the Allianz insurance company will dominate the livery of the Formula 1 Safety Car in the pitlane in Singapore. There had recently been talk of contacts between the Monaco company and Mercedes but yesterday Bernie Ecclestone announced the agreement which will concern the safety car and the emergency cars supplied by the Mercedes manufacturer.

“For the first time the Formula 1 Safety Car will have a sponsor, this makes us proud” declared Allianz vice president, Christian Deuringer.
