At Hockenheim Ferrari wanted to motivate Massa

According to the president of the Spanish automobile federation Carlos Gracia, this would be the reason that Ferrari gave to reject the accusation of having imposed team orders on its drivers.

Gracia, present yesterday at the World Motor Sport Council in Paris, said that Felipe Massa would have let Fernando Alonso pass because he was angry. “Massa was told over the radio that he was slower than Alonso, but only to motivate him.
